CDC Feathers Tommi-Fly

CDC is feathers from around the sebaceous gland of mallards, it is the most basic fly tying material.

The feathers are very well lubricated and have excellent floating properties, softness and lightness.

This tying material has really versatile uses. We can use it as nymph hackles, where it surprises us with its incredible movement that more than 100% teases the fish to strike.

Another possible and main use is in the wings and hackles of dry flies, as CDC feathers have incredibly good floating ability.
