Chenilles are an excellent material for quickly making an attractive bodies of artificial flies, especially for still water flies such as Blobs and various colorful irritating lures, which are mainly used to catch fresh stocked rainbow trout. Chenilles are essentially simple wicks that occur by applying any material or synthetics tinsels between the two filaments or wires in a regular amount, and the wick thus prepared is rotated at speed. The principle of production is similar to dubbing the material into a loop directly on the fly.
