Gold Head Buzzer Peacock Thorax Orange Cheek

This gold head buzzer is primarily intended for static fishing for trout and other fish in still waters using the dry-dropper method (BUNG) under a strike indicator (big foam or indicator dry fly). But it is also usable when fishing with classic stillwater methods with various lines.

The basis of this fly is a thin black body with red ribbing, a distinctive thorax made of peacock rays, fluo orange cheeks as a strike trigger point and a small brass head in gold color.

These small tungsten lures are excellent for static fishing mainly because they tighten the leader, there is no slack under the indicator and the fish's strike can be immediately detected by moving or sinking the indicator.
