A natural tying material made from single rays of peacock feathers, which is great for segmented bodies of nymphs, dry flies or midges and buzzers in sizes 12 - 22.
Stripped peacock quills have a specific color pattern from light to dark shade, which perfectly imitates the jointed body of an insect. This material gave the basis to the now very well-known types of flies called "Quill".
Use this great material to create full bodies or just as a ribbing material - fish love both!
The bodies created or ribbed in this way we recommend coating with varnish or a fine UV resin, which you then harden with a UV flashlight.
