The Lamson Liquid S HD (Heavy Duty) fly reel in the sophisticated Smoke finish takes the performance and value of the second-generation Liquid S-Series to a higher standard.
The HD (Heavy Duty) edition features a full-frame (full-cage) construction, engineered specifically to prevent thin running lines and shooting lines from slipping between the spool and frame. This makes it an outstanding choice for anglers using Euro-nymphing setups, shooting heads, or fighting hard-pulling fish in both freshwater and saltwater environments.
Combining advanced pressure-cast aluminum technology with precision CNC machining, the Liquid S HD boasts larger arbor diameters, increased strength-to-weight ratios, and an updated modern design. The enlarged arbor delivers faster line retrieval speeds while reducing line memory. At its core is Lamson's signature sealed conical drag system, offering buttery-smooth startup, powerful stopping performance, and total protection against water and debris.
