The reel has a very sensitive disk drag system based on a one-way floating clutch, operated by a fast-locating, centrally-placed drag knob. You can use it for most types of fishing, but lots of our anglers use it on big still waters. The low cost cartridge spool system makes this the ideal reel for the reservoir angler who likes to change lines easily and quickly. It comes supplied complete with two spare spools.
